Abstract
El objetivo es proporcionar un miembro prensado en caliente y un método para producir el miembro prensado en caliente, el miembro prensado en caliente tiene una tensión de rotura de 1780 MPa o más y mejora la resistencia a la fractura retardada y para proporcionar una chapa de acero laminada en frío para un miembro prensado en caliente y un método para producir la chapa de acero laminada en frío. Un miembro prensado en caliente tiene una composición química predeterminada. En el miembro prensado en caliente, una chapa de acero tiene una microestructura en la cual un diámetro de grano promedio de austenita anterior es 8 µm o menos y está presente martensita en una fracción en volumen de 95% o más en una región dentro de 30 µm de una superficie; una región de difusión de Ni que tiene un espesor de 0.5 µm o más existe en una capa superficial; una desviación estándar de los valores de dureza de Vickers es de 35 o menos; Mndif (%en masa) en un espesor de chapa dirección = 0.20, donde Mndif (%en masa) es un grado de segregación de Mn; y una tensión de rotura es 1780 MPa o más.
