Abstract
En la presente descripción se describen composiciones de goma de mascar que tienen polimorfos de grasa que son predominantemente beta prima y/o beta sobre alfa; también se describen métodos para conformar composiciones de goma de mascar que tienen predominantemente polimorfos de grasa beta prima y/o beta que tienen suficientes propiedades de textura para procesarse en productos de goma de mascar envueltos/envasados o para recubrirse a productos de goma de mascar recubiertos; se describen métodos mejorados de conformación y acondicionamiento de goma de mascar para reducir costos, reducir el tiempo de acondicionamiento y mejorar las propiedades sensoriales de la goma.
