Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para manufacturar el 1,4-bis(4-fenoxibenzoil)benceno, que comprende: - proporcionar una mezcla reactante que comprende cloruro de tereftaloilo y difenil éter en un disolvente; - agregar un ácido de Lewis a la mezcla reactante, con el fin de obtener una mezcla de productos; en donde la temperatura de la mezcla reactante es mayor que 5 ° C durante al menos parte del paso de agregar el ácido de Lewis a la mezcla reactante.
