Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso para la producción de un alqueno mediante deshidrogenación oxidativa de alcanos, que comprende: (a) someter una corriente que comprende un alcano a condiciones de deshidrogenación oxidativa, que comprende poner en contacto el alcano con oxígeno en presencia de un catalizador que comprende un óxido metálico mixto, dando como resultado una corriente que comprende alqueno, alcano no convertido, agua, dióxido de carbono, oxígeno no convertido, monóxido de carbono y opcionalmente un alquino; (b) eliminar agua de al menos parte de la corriente que comprende alqueno, alcano no convertido, agua, dióxido de carbono, oxígeno no convertido, monóxido de carbono y opcionalmente un alquino resultante de la etapa (a), que resulta en una corriente que comprende alqueno, alcano no convertido, dióxidode carbono, oxígeno no convertido, monóxido de carbono y opcionalmente alquino; (c) eliminar el oxígeno no convertido, monóxido de carbono y opcionalmente alquino de al menos parte de la corriente que comprende alqueno, alcano no convertido, dióxido de carbono, oxígeno no convertido, monóxido de carbono y opcionalmente alquino resultante de la etapa (b), en donde el monóxido de carbono y opcionalmente el alquino se oxidan en dióxido de carbono, dando como resultado una corriente que comprende alqueno, alcano no convertido y dióxido de carbono; (d) opcionalmente eliminar dióxido de carbono de al menos parte de la corriente que comprende alqueno, alcano no convertido y dióxido de carbono resultante de la etapa (c), dando como resultado una corriente que comprende alqueno y alcano no convertido; (e) opcionalmente separar al menos parte de la corriente que comprende alqueno y alcano no convertido resultante de la etapa (d), en una corriente que comprende alqueno y una corriente que comprende alcano no convertido; (f) opcionalmente, reciclar el alcano no convertido de al menos parte de la corriente que comprende alcano no convertido resultante de la etapa (e), a la etapa (a).
