Abstract
Un polipéptido que tiene actividad de enzima lipolítica, seleccionado del grupo constituido por: (a) un polipéptido que tiene una identidad secuencial de al menos el 65% respecto a los aminoácidos del 21 al 309 de la SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) un polipéptido codificado por un polinucleótido que se hibrida en condiciones de rigurosidad media con la secuencia codificante del polipéptido de la SEQ ID NO: 2; (c) un polipéptido codificado por un polinucleótido que tiene una identidad secuencial de al menos el 65% respecto a la secuencia codificante del polipéptido de la SEQ ID NO: 2; y (d) un fragmento del polipéptido de (a), (b) o (c) que tiene actividad de enzima lipolítica.
