Abstract
Se describen métodos para preparar glicósidos de esteviol altamente purificados, particularmente rebaudiósidos A, D y M. Los métodos incluyen la utilización de microorganismos recombinantes para convertir varias composiciones de partida a los glicósidos de esteviol objetivo. Además, se describen glicósidos de esteviol novedosos reb D2 y reb M2, así como métodos para preparar los mismos.
