Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos de tratamiento que implica inmunoterapia, tal como terapia de células T, y administración de un modulador del metabolismo de triptófano y/o la ruta de quinurenina. En algunas modalidades, el método incluye una terapia de combinación que implica la administración de células T modificadas, tal como células que expresan el receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR), y un modulador del metabolismo de triptófano y/o la ruta de quinurenina, tal como un inhibidor de una enzima. También se proporciona células modificadas en las cuales la expresión de una molécula implicada en la ruta de quinurenina se modifica.
