Abstract

Se divulga un método para preparar el ácido 2-(2-(4- fluorobenzoil)fenilamino)-3-(4-(2-(9H-carbazol-9-il)etoxi)fenil)p ropanoico. En el método, el etanol mesilato de 9-carbazol y el 2-[2-(4-fluorobenzoil)fenil)amino]-3-(4- hidroxifenil)propionato de metilo se utilizan como materiales de partida, y se someten a condensación, hidrólisis y acidificación, para obtener el compuesto diana. El método de preparación de la presente invención es adecuado para la producción industrial, y el compuesto diana tiene alta pureza.
