Abstract

Se proporciona una lámina de acero para corcholatas, que tiene suficiente resistencia a la presión y conformabilidad sin considerar la reducción de calibre; un método para fabricar la misma; y una corcholata. Una lámina de acero para corcholatas tiene una composición predeterminada, en donde N total (N como AlN) es 0.0090% a 0.0170%, el tamaño de grano máximo de un carburo es 2.0 µm o menos en una sección transversal en una dirección de laminación, y la resistencia a la deformación es 420 MPa a 600 MPa en la dirección de laminación. Un método para fabricar una lámina de acero para corcholatas incluye un paso de laminación en caliente para bobinar un material de acero que tiene una composición predeterminada en una temperatura predeterminada después de la laminación de acabado; un paso de laminación en frío primaria; un paso de recocido continuo para llevar a cabo el calentamiento en una velocidad de calentamiento promedio de 10°C/s a 30°C/s en un intervalo de temperatura A de 500°C a 600°C en un curso de calentamiento, recocido en una temperatura de recocido B en una intervalo de temperatura de 620°C a 740°C, enfriamiento de la temperatura de recocido B a una temperatura de detención de enfriamiento C en un intervalo de temperatura de 400°C a 580°C a una velocidad de enfriamiento promedio de 20°C/s o más, y retención en el intervalo de temperatura de 400°C a 580°C por un tiempo de retención de 30 segundos a 90 segundos después de que se detiene el enfriamiento en la velocidad de enfriamiento promedio anterior; y un paso de laminación en frío secundario para llevar a cabo la laminación en frío en una relación de reducción de laminación de 1.0% a 12%.
