Abstract

Se proporcionan una parte prensada en caliente de alta resistencia y un método para la fabricación de la parte. Una materia prima es una lámina de acero obtenida mediante el calentamiento de una lámina de acero laminada en frío que tiene una composición química que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.090% o más y menos de 0.30% y Mn: 3.5% o más y menos de 11.0% a una temperatura en un intervalo de temperatura igual a o superior a la temperatura de transformación Ac1 y 850 °C o inferior, mediante el mantenimiento de la lámina de acero calentada a la temperatura durante 100 segundos o más y 48 horas o menos, y mediante el enfriamiento de la lámina de acero mantenida en la temperatura. La materia prima se somete a un proceso de calentamiento en el cual la materia prima se mantiene a una temperatura en un intervalo de temperatura de 800 °C a 1000 °C durante 600 segundos o menos y a un proceso de estampación en caliente en el cual el material calentado se somete a estampación y temple al mismo tiempo mediante el uso de una herramienta de conformación con el fin de obtener una parte prensada en caliente que tiene una forma especificada. Con esto, es posible obtener una parte prensada en caliente de alta resistencia que tiene una microestructura que incluye 3.0% o más de una fase de austenita retenida y el resto es una fase de martensita y propiedades de tracción representadas por una tensión de rotura TS de 1500 MPa o más y una elongación uniforme uEl de 6.0% o más. Además, en el caso donde la lámina de acero laminada en frío que será utilizada es una lámina de acero que tiene una capa de recubrimiento a base de Zn o una capa de recubrimiento a base de Al sobre la superficie de la misma, puesto que es posible inhibir la generación de cascarilla sobre la superficie de la parte, hay un aumento en la productividad de una parte prensada en caliente.
