Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un derivado de oxopicolinamida, a un método de preparación para el mismo y al uso farmacéutico del mismo. En particular, la presente invención se refiere al derivado de oxopicolinamida como se muestra en la fórmula general (AI), un método de preparación para el mismo y una composición farmacéutica que comprende el derivado, y al uso del mismo como agente terapéutico, en particular como inhibidor del factor de cogulación de la sangre XIa (Factor XIa, FXIa para abreviar) y su uso en la preparación de un medicamento para tratar enfermedades como el tromboembolismo, en donde la definición de cada sustituyente en la fórmula general (AI) es la misma que se define en la descripción.
