Abstract
Se describen sistemas y métodos para dirigir las desventajas de los sistemas de conversación convencionales al ejecutar una función suplementaria personalizada para una consulta de lenguaje natural en función del perfil del usuario. En algunos aspectos, los sistemas y métodos reciben la consulta de un usuario para un recurso multimedia, determinan una plantilla de consulta en el perfil del usuario que coincida con la consulta del usuario e identifican y ejecutan una función suplementaria que corresponde a la plantilla de consulta además de responder a la consulta del usuario. El perfil del usuario se puede personalizar en los patrones de uso del usuario de la aplicación de guía multimedia interactiva. Al supervisar los patrones de uso del usuario y al aprender de las acciones del usuario junto con las consultas de lenguaje natural del usuario en donde las funciones suplementarias se ejecutan, la aplicación de guía multimedia interactiva puede proporcionar una experiencia más inteligente y más eficiente para el usuario.
