Abstract
En una disposición de tratamiento para tratar una superficie, con una disposición de electrodos plana (2, 2´), a la que se puede alimentar un voltaje eléctrico, y con una capa de blindaje plana (1) que consta de un plástico aislante, la cual rodea al menos parcialmente la disposición de electrodos (2, 2´), se obtiene una conexión confiable y firme entre la disposición de electrodos plana (2, 2´) y la capa de blindaje plana (1) mediante el hecho de que la disposición de electrodos plana (2, 2´) está constituida de un plástico moldeable provisto con aditivos conductores, y de que en la región de una capa limítrofe (22) entre la disposición de electrodos plana (2, 2´) y la capa de blindaje (1) los plásticos de la disposición de electrodos plana (2, 2´) y de la capa de blindaje (1) se unen mutuamente mediante unión integral de material.
