Abstract
Se proporciona una composición de fibra de vidrio de alto rendimiento, y una fibra de vidrio y su material compuesto. El contenido, dado en porcentaje de peso, de cada componente de la composición de fibra de vidrio es de la siguiente manera: 52-67% de SiO2, 12-24% de A12O3, 0.05-4.5% de Sm2O3+Gd2O3, menor que 2% de Li2O+Na2O+K2O, 10-24% de CaO+MgO+SrO, menor que 16% de CaO, menor que 13% de MgO, menor que 3% de TiO2, y menor que 1.5% de Fe2O3. La composición aumenta significativamente las propiedades mecánicas y la estabilidad térmica de vidrio, reduce significativamente la temperatura líquida y la temperatura de formación de vidrio, y bajo condiciones iguales, reduce significativamente la velocidad de cristalización del vidrio. La composición es particularmente adecuada para la producción de horno en tanque de una fibra de vidrio de alto rendimiento que tiene una excelente estabilidad térmica.
