Abstract

Se describe un proceso y aparato para envasar con recubrimiento al vacío el producto (P) dispuesto sobre un soporte (7) que comprende proveer una porción de película (33) por arriba de dicho soporte (7) con el producto (P) dispuesto entre el soporte y el porción de película; fijar herméticamente al aire la porción de película (33) al soporte (7); remover al menos una porción de aire de un volumen debajo de dicha porción de película (33) a través de una boquilla (80) insertada en un espacio intermedio entre la porción de película y el soporte. También se describe un producto envasado obtenible con el proceso y aparato mencionados.
