Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un método para producir activador de factor de crecimiento de hepatocitos activo (HGFA) y factor de crecimiento de hepatocitos activo (HGF) sin usar suero animal. La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir HGFA activo sin usar suero animal. El método se caracteriza porque comprende una etapa de obtener un sobrenadante del cultivo que comprende pro-HGFA, cultivando células de mamífero que expresan activador de factor de crecimiento de hepatocitos inactivo (pro-HGFA) en un medio sin suero, y una etapa de ajustar a débilmente ácido el sobrenadante del cultivo que comprende pro-HGFA obtenido en la etapa anterior para convertir pro-HGFA en HGFA activo. La presente invención se refiere también a un método para producir HGF activo con HGFA producido por el método.
