Abstract

La presente invención se refiere una composición de geopolímero, dimensionalmente estable, durable a la congelación-descongelación que incluye: polvo reactivo cementicio que incluye mineral de aluminosilicato térmicamente activado, cemento de aluminato preferiblemente seleccionado a partir de al menos uno de cemento de sulfoaluminato de calcio y cemento de aluminato de calcio, y sulfato de calcio seleccionado a partir de al menos uno de dihidrato de sulfato de calcio, hemihidrato de sulfato de calcio, y sulfato de calcio anhidro; activador químico de metal álcali; y el componente de durabilidad de congelación-descongelación seleccionado a partir de al menos uno de agente de incorporación de aire, agente desespumante, y polímero orgánico activo de la superficie; en donde la composición tiene un contenido de aire aproximadamente 4% hasta 20% por volumen, más preferiblemente aproximadamente 4% hasta 12% por volumen, y muy preferiblemente aproximadamente 4% hasta 8% por volumen. Las composiciones son elaboradas a partir de una lechada en donde la relación en peso del polvo reactivo cementicio/agua es 0.14 hasta 0.45:1, preferiblemente 0.16 hasta 0.35:1, y más preferiblemente 0.18 hasta 0.25:1. También se describen métodos para elaborar las composiciones.
