Abstract
Se describen catalizadores eficaces para reducir NOx, hidrocarburos y monóxido de carbono de un motor de gasolina con gas de escape. Tales catalizadores incluyen un sustrato que tiene un primer y un segundo material dispuestos sobre el mismo, el primer material es eficaz para catalizar la reducción catalítica selectiva de óxidos de nitrógeno en presencia de amoniaco y el segundo material es eficaz para reducir hidrocarburos y monóxido de carbono, el primer material comprende un tamiz molecular promovido con cobre y/o hierro en una carga baja, el segundo material comprende al menos un óxido de Ni, Fe, Mn, Co y Cu sobre un soporte seleccionado de óxidos de Ce, Ce-Zr, Zr, Mn, Pr y combinaciones de los mismos. También se describen los sistemas de tratamiento de gas de escape de los motores de gasolina y los procedimientos para tratar el gas de escape de un motor de gasolina.
