Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una unión soldada en filete y a un método de fabricación de la misma, y resuelve el problema de proporcionar una unión soldada en filete que tenga una excelente resistencia a la fatiga de soldadura mientras se suprime el agrietamiento a baja temperatura. En una unión soldada en filete de acuerdo con la presente invención, la resistencia a la tracción de un material de base es de 980 MPa o más, un equivalente de carbono es de 0.36 o más y 0.60 o menos, una resistencia a la tracción [MPa] es 1950 veces o más del equivalente de carbono [% en peso], un equivalente de carbono promedio de metal de soldadura es de 0.45 o más y 0.65 o menos, y en una posición prescrita debajo de la superficie de un borde delantero de soldadura, una dureza Vickers HVbond en un límite entre el metal de soldadura y una zona afectada por el calor, un valor promedio HVwmt de la dureza Vickers del metal de soldadura en una posición de 0.1 mm o más y 0.3 mm o menos al lado del metal de soldadura del límite, y un valor promedio HVhaz de la dureza Vickers de la zona afectada por el calor en una posición de 0.1 mm o más y 0.3 mm o menos hasta el lado de la zona afectada por el calor del límite satisfacen HVbond=HVwmt, HVbond=HVhaz-50 y HVhaz=350.
