Abstract

La invención se refiere a un aparato y a un método para el procesamiento con láser. Se proporciona al menos un primer haz de rayos láser proveniente de al menos una primera fibra de alimentación óptica conectada hacia al menos un primer dispositivo láser (6) y al menos un segundo haz de rayos láser de al menos una segunda fibra de alimentación óptica (9) conectada hacia al menos un segundo dispositivo láser (7). Dichos haces de rayos láser primero y segundo se combinan en una fibra óptica de múltiples núcleos (12;50). Dicho primer núcleo (51) de dicha fibra óptica de múltiples núcleos tiene una sección transversal circular, y dicho segundo núcleo (53) tiene una forma anular concéntrica a dicho primer núcleo. Un haz de rayos láser compuesto que comprende haces de salida primero y segundo se dirige desde dicha fibra óptica de múltiples núcleos (12;50) hacia una pieza de trabajo con elementos sobrepuestos (4a, 4b) a soldarse.
