Claims (8)
- 所定の期間中連続的なエネルギー密度を有する加工レーザ光を生成する加工レーザ光源と、
前記加工レーザ光を加工対象物の表面に照射する第1の光学系と、
そのエネルギー密度のピーク値が一定であって前記加工レーザ光のエネルギー密度よりも高いパルスレーザ光を生成するパルスレーザ光源と、
前記パルスレーザ光を前記加工対象物の加工部に向けて照射する第2の光学系と、
前記加工対象物の前記加工部で生じるプラズマ光を検出する光検出部と
を備える、レーザ加工装置。 - 前記第2の光学系は、前記加工レーザ光を前記加工対象物の前記表面に照射することにより生じるプルーム部に前記パルスレーザ光を集光するように構成される、請求項1に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記パルスレーザ光の単位時間当たりの出力は、前記加工レーザ光の単位時間当たりの出力の10分の1よりも小さい、請求項1又は2に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記第1の光学系及び前記第2の光学系は、少なくとも1つのレンズを共有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記加工レーザ光源に接続される第1の光ファイバと、
前記パルスレーザ光源に接続される第2の光ファイバと、
前記第1の光学系及び前記第2の光学系のいずれとしても機能する共用光学系と、
前記共用光学系に接続される第3の光ファイバと、
前記第1の光ファイバからの前記加工レーザ光と前記第2の光ファイバからの前記パルスレーザ光とを結合して前記第3の光ファイバに出力する光コンバイナと
をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。 - 前記第3の光ファイバは、
前記パルスレーザ光を伝搬させる内側コアと、
前記内側コアの周囲を覆い、前記内側コアよりも屈折率が低い外側コアと、
前記外側コアの周囲を覆い、前記外側コアよりも屈折率が低いクラッドと
を含む、請求項5に記載のレーザ加工装置。 - 前記第3の光ファイバの前記内側コアは、シングルモード又はフューモードの光を伝搬可能である、請求項6に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記パルスレーザ光の波長は前記加工レーザ光の波長よりも短い、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。
