Abstract
Un sistema de gestión de datos que controla datos relacionados acerca de una pieza fundida en un proceso de fundición, que se conecta a un equipo de fundición, el equipo de fundición que incluye: un aparato de fundición configurado para formar la pieza fundida al utilizar moldes superior e inferior en los cuales se vierte metal fundido al utilizar gravedad, los moldes superior e inferior que son capaces de abrirse, de cerrarse, y de inclinarse; y un aparato de grabado configurado para grabar un identificador de producto en la pieza fundida, el sistema de gestión de datos que incluye: un dispositivo de almacenamiento configurado para almacenar los datos; una unidad de adquisición configurada para adquirir el identificador de producto y un patrón de inclinación de cada uno de los moldes superior e inferior en el aparato de fundición; y una unidad de control configurada para asociar el identificador de producto con el patrón de inclinación adquirido por la unidad de adquisición, y para provocar que el dispositivo de almacenamiento almacene el identificador de producto y el patrón de inclinación asociados.
