Abstract
Un método y aparato de colada por contragravedad en el que el molde se mantiene estacionario y el crisol se mueve generalmente en lateral desde una cámara de fusión hasta una cámara de llenado posicionada debajo del molde con respecto a la gravedad. Una cámara de colada se sitúa generalmente por encima de la cámara de llenado con respecto a la gravedad. El método y el aparato utilizan cámaras separadas para fusión y colada en las que la presión en cada cámara se puede variar entre sí con el fin de introducir metal fundido en el molde.
