Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a métodos para predecir epítopos de células T útiles para vacunación. En particular, la presente invención se refiere a métodos para predecir si las modificaciones en péptidos y polipéptidos tales como los neo-antígenos asociados al tumor son inmunógenas y, en particular, útiles para la vacunación, o para predecir cuáles de tales modificaciones son más inmunógenas y, en particular, más útiles para la vacunación. Los métodos de la invención pueden utilizarse, en particular, para la provisión de vacunas que son específicas para el tumor de un paciente y, por tanto, en el contexto de las vacunas personalizadas contra el cáncer.
