Abstract
La presente exposición se refiere a un método de fabricación de un macho utilizando un aglutinante inorgánico, a un macho fabricado por el mismo, a un método de fabricación de un producto de moldeo con un macho utilizando un aglutinante inorgánico, a un producto de moldeo fabricado por el mismo, y a un sistema de fabricación de un macho utilizando un aglutinante inorgánico. Para ser más específicos, de acuerdo con la presente exposición, se expone un método de fabricación de un macho que utiliza un aglutinante inorgánico, que incluye: una etapa de suministro de la arena original en la cual se suministra la arena de moldeo original a una mezcladora de arenas; una etapa de mezclado en la cual la arena de moldeo original se mezcla y se desterrona con un aglutinante inorgánico líquido que incluye vidrio soluble y se prepara la arena acondicionada por medio de la mezcladora de arenas; una etapa de transferencia de arena en la cual la arena acondicionada se transfiere desde la mezcladora de arenas a un dispositivo alimentador de arena acondicionada; una etapa de suministro de arena en la cual la arena acondicionada se suministra desde el dispositivo alimentador de arena acondicionada a una cabeza de soplado colocada bajo el dispositivo alimentador de arena acondicionada; una etapa de soplado en la cual la arena acondicionada suministrada en la cabeza de soplado se insufla al molde del macho; una etapa de expulsión del gas en la cual el interior del molde del macho se descarga y se despresuriza; una etapa de curado en la cual, después de precalentar el molde del macho, el interior del macho insuflado se cura y se calcina; y una etapa de extracción en la cual el molde del macho se separa y el macho curado se extrae, en donde el aglutinante inorgánico incluye el vidrio soluble de 40 a 70 partes en peso, nano-sílice de 5 a 35 partes en peso, un aditivo resistente al agua a base de Li de 0.1 a 10 partes en peso, un compuesto orgánico de silicio de 0.1 a 10 partes en peso, y un aditivo anti-combustión de arena de 1 a 10 partes en peso.
