Abstract
La invención se refiere a una composición de resina fenólica para el uso en el proceso de caja fría y/o autofraguante de poliuretano. La composición de resina fenólica comprende un resol fenólico orto-condensado con grupos metilol eterizados o libres en una cantidad total de 40 a 60% en peso, con respecto a la masa total de la composición de resina fenólica, formaldehido libre en una cantidad de menos de 0.1% en peso, con respecto a la masa total de la composición de resina fenólica, uno o varios productos de la reacción de formaldehido con uno o varios compuestos reactantes C-H-ácidos, y otros componentes en una cantidad total de al menos 38% en peso, siendo que la cantidad de agua en la composición de resina fenólica no es superior a 1.0% en peso, en cada caso con respecto a la masa total de la composición de resina fenólica. La invención se refiere además a un sistema aglomerante de dos componentes para el uso en el proceso de caja fría y/o autofraguante de poliuretano, al uso de un reactante C-H-ácido como retenedor de formaldehido para la producción de una composición de resina fenólica para el uso en el proceso de caja fría y/o autofraguante de poliuretano, a un proceso para producir una composición de resina fenólica, a un proceso para producir un sistema aglomerante de dos componentes, a un proceso para producir una mazarota, un molde de fundición, o un núcleo de fundición de una mezcla de material de molde, y finalmente a las mazarotas, los moldes de fundición y los núcleos de fundición correspondientes.
