Abstract

El método sirve para desaislar y examinar un cable (8) que comprende al menos un conductor (81) encerrado en un forro aislante (82), con un dispositivo para desaislar (1) que comprende al menos una cuchilla peladora la cual mediante un primer accionamiento (51) puede avanzar y retraerse con respecto al conductor (81) en una dirección transversal (y) y mediante un segundo accionamiento (52) se puede desplazar en una dirección longitudinal (x) paralelamente al conductor (81), comprendiendo el método las etapas siguientes: a) Avanzar la cuchilla peladora (4, 4´) en dirección transversal (y) para seccionar el forro aislante (82); b) Desplazar la cuchilla peladora (4, 4´) en la dirección longitudinal (x) para separar el forro aislante (82) seccionado, c) Detectar al menos un primer contacto con el conductor (81); d) Retraer al menos una cuchilla peladora (4, 4´) en la dirección transversal (y) al detectar un contacto; siendo que e) se registran los datos de movimiento de la cuchilla peladora (4, 4´) al momento del contacto, f) para el contacto respectivo se determina de los datos de movimiento determinados un desarrollo de movimiento posterior de al menos una cuchilla peladora (4, 4´) y se forma un correspondiente valor de calidad local (QL); y g) el valor de calidad local (QL) se compara con una norma de calidad (QR) para determinar si la calidad del conductor (81) satisface los requisitos.
