Abstract
Un dispositivo para la torsión de conductores eléctricos que tiene por lo menos un cabezal de torsión (1) que puede ser impulsado mediante la potencia de un motor con el fin de girar alrededor de un eje de rotación y un dispositivo de sujeción para los conductores (3). El cabezal de torsión (1) es movible en dirección de su eje de rotación hacia el dispositivo de sujeción con el propósito de la compensación de longitud. Para este fin, está montado en un primer carro de compensación de la longitud (2) motorizado, y el dispositivo de sujeción está montado sobre un carro de compensación del recorrido (4) que es movible hacia el carro de compensación de la longitud (2) paralelo al eje de rotación del cabezal de torsión. El carro de compensación del recorrido puede ser sometido a una fuerza actuando esencialmente paralela al eje de rotación generado por medio de un elemento generador de fuerza. Después de que los conductores (3) han sido cortados a la medida y han sido transferidos al cabezal de torsión (1) y al dispositivo de sujeción, los conductores (3) son colocados bajo tensión. Posteriormente, el cabezal de torsión (1) es activado para que gire alrededor de un eje de rotación paralelo a los conductores (3) mientras que simultáneamente se desplaza hacia el dispositivo de sujeción en concordancia con un perfil de recorrido. Al mismo tiempo, el dispositivo de sujeción es sometido a una fuerza en una dirección alejándose del cabezal de torsión (1) y el perfil de recorrido y/o el perfil de fuerza del dispositivo de sujeción es calculado y evaluado.
