Abstract
Se describe un revestimiento para una porción expandible de un catéter que comprende una matriz hidrofóbica y una fase dispersa. La fase dispersa comprende una pluralidad de micro-depósitos dispersos en la matriz hidrofóbica, en donde la pluralidad de micro-depósitos comprende un primer agente activo y un polímero biodegradable o bioerodible. Una formulación y un método para formar el revestimiento también se describen. Un catéter que comprende el revestimiento en la porción expandible y un método para tratar una condición también se proporciona.
