Abstract
La invención se refiere a un aparato de examen para examinar paredes internas de un cuerpo hueco, en particular un diámetro interno de cilindro en un bloque de motor, que tiene un dispositivo de retención para retener el cuerpo hueco; un dispositivo de cámara en forma de varilla, que se diseña para capturar una imagen de forma transversal a un eje longitudinal del dispositivo de cámara en forma de varilla; un dispositivo de ajuste para mover el dispositivo de cámara dentro y fuera del cuerpo hueco; un dispositivo de iluminación para iluminar las paredes internas del cuerpo hueco; medios de evaluación y control electrónico, que se diseñan para controlar el dispositivo de cámara a fin de capturar una imagen panorámica alrededor del eje longitudinal del dispositivo de cámara en forma de varilla, y para determinar propiedades superficiales de las paredes internas a partir de los datos de imagen capturados por el dispositivo de cámara; un dispositivo de determinación de diámetro para determinar un diámetro interno de una cavidad del cuerpo hueco; en donde el dispositivo de determinación de diámetro tiene una fuente de luz para emitir un haz de luz en las paredes internas de la cavidad y medio óptico de medición para detectar la luz que proviene de las paredes internas de la cavidad; y en donde los medios de evaluación y control se diseñan para determinar el diámetro interno de la cavidad a partir de la información de medición del dispositivo de determinación de diámetro. La invención se refiere además a un método de examen correspondiente.
