Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de un procatalizador para la polimerización de olefinas, que comprende poner en contacto un soporte que contiene magnesio con un compuesto de titanio que contiene halógeno, un monoéster, un primer donante interno de electrones, en donde el donante interno de electrones está representado por un compuesto representado por la Fórmula A, por ejemplo, una proyección de Fischer de la Fórmula A, y opcionalmente un segundo donante interno de electrones seleccionado de un grupo que consiste de diésteres y diéteres, (ver Fórmula) comprendiendo dicho procedimiento las etapas de: i) poner en contacto un compuesto de Grignard de butilo con un compuesto de silano que contiene alcoxi o ariloxi para producir un primer producto de reacción intermedio; ii) activar opcionalmente el primer producto de reacción intermedio con al menos un compuesto activador para producir un segundo producto de reacción intermedio; iii) poner en contacto el primer o segundo producto de reacción intermedio, obtenido respectivamente en la etapa i) o ii), con un compuesto de Ti que contiene halógeno, el monoéster, y dicho donante interno de electrones representado por un compuesto representado por la Fórmula A, por ejemplo, una proyección de Fischer de la Fórmula A, como el primer donante interno de electrones, y, opcionalmente, el diéster o diéter como el segundo donante interno de electrones. La presente invención también se refiere a un sistema catalizador de polimerización que comprende dicho procatalizador, un cocatalizador y opcionalmente un donante externo de electrones. Además, la presente invención se refiere a una poliolefina que puede ser obtenida mediante el procedimiento de acuerdo con la presente invención y un artículo conformado de la misma.
