Abstract

La invención se refiere principalmente a un método para la preparación de láminas de acero a ser fabricadas en una pieza en bruto de acero soldada, que incluye las siguientes etapas en sucesión: - adquirir al menos una primera lámina de acero recubierta previamente (11) y una segunda lámina de acero recubierta previamente (12), compuestas de un sustrato de acero (25, 26) y un recubrimiento previo (15, 16) formado por una capa de aleación intermetálica (17, 18) en contacto con el sustrato de acero, cubierto en la parte superior por una capa de metal de aluminio o aleación de aluminio o aleación a base de aluminio (19, 20), la primera lámina (11) incluye una cara principal (111), una cara principal opuesta (112) y al menos una cara secundaria (71), la segunda lámina (12) incluye una cara principal (121), una cara principal opuesta (122) y al menos una cara secundaria (72), posteriormente, - la primera (11) y la segunda (12) láminas están colocadas, dejando un espacio 31 de entre 0.02 y 2 mm entre las caras secundarias (71) y (72) que se enfrentan entre sí, la colocación de la primera (11) y la segunda (12) láminas definen un plano medio (51) perpendicular a las caras principales de la primera lámina (11) y la segunda lámina (12) y posteriormente - por fusión y vaporización simultáneamente en la caras principales (111) y (121), la capa de aleación de metal (19) se elimina en una zona periférica (61) de la lámina (11) y la capa de aleación de metal (20) en una zona periférica (62) de la lámina 12, las zonas periféricas (61) y (62) son las zonas de las caras principales (111) y (121) más cercanas en relación con el plano medio (51) situadas a cada lado del mismo. La invención se refiere igualmente a una pieza en bruto soldada y a un dispositivo de fabricación de tales piezas en bruto soldadas.
