Abstract
Se describe un método de manufactura de un documento de seguridad, que comprende: proporcionar un substrato de polímero que tiene primera y segunda superficies; y, en cualquier orden: (a) aplicar un arreglo de elementos de enfoque a la primera superficie del substrato de polímero a través de una primera región; (b) formar un arreglo de imagen que comprende un patrón de un primer material curable, al: (b) (i) proporcionar una forma de troquel, la forma de troquel que tiene una superficie que comprende un arreglo de áreas resaltadas y áreas ahuecadas que definen el patrón; (b) (ii) aplicar un primer material curable a la superficie de la forma de troquel tal que el primer material curable sustancialmente rellena las áreas ahuecadas; (b) (iii) llevar una capa de soporte de patrón en contacto con la superficie de la forma de troquel tal que cubre las áreas ahuecadas; (b) (iv) separar la capa de soporte de patrón de la superficie de la forma de troquel tal que el primer material curable en las áreas ahuecadas se remueve de las áreas ahuecadas y se retiene en la capa de soporte de patrón de acuerdo con el patrón; y (b) (v) durante y/o después de la etapa (b) (ii), por lo menos parcialmente curar el primer material curable en una o más etapas de curado; en donde ya sea la capa de soporte de patrón comprende el substrato de polímero o la etapa (b) además comprende aplicar la capa de soporte de patrón al substrato de polímero, tal que el arreglo de imagen se ubica en un plano espaciado del arreglo de elementos de enfoque por una distancia sustancialmente igual a la longitud focal de los elementos de enfoque mediante lo cual los elementos de enfoque exhiben una imagen sustancialmente enfocada del arreglo de imagen; y aplicar por lo menos una capa opacificante a la primera y/o segunda superficies del substrato de polímero, la o cada capa opacificante que comprende un material no transparente, en donde ya sea el arreglo de imagen se ubica entre el arreglo de elementos de enfoque y la por lo menos una capa opacificante sobre la primera superficie del substrato, o por lo menos la capa(s) opacificante sobre la primera superficie del substrato define un espacio que forma una región de ventana en la cual por lo menos parte del arreglo de elementos de enfoque se dispone tal que una imagen sustancialmente enfocada de por lo menos parte del arreglo de imagen se exhibe en la región de ventana.
