Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a la detección de secuencias de ácido nucleico objetivo usando diferentes temperaturas de detección. La presente invención empleando diferentes temperaturas de detección permite detectar una pluralidad de secuencias de ácido nucleico objetivo en maneras en tiempo real convencionales aún con un tipo único de etiqueta en un recipiente de reacción único. Las tecnologías convencionales detectan una pluralidad de secuencias de ácido nucleico objetivo por un análisis de fusión después de la amplificación objetivo. Indistintamente, la presente invención no requiere un análisis de fusión después de la amplificación objetivo, de manera que el tiempo para análisis es mayormente reducido.
