Abstract
La presente descripción se relaciona con un aparato y método de procesamiento de imágenes capaz de suprimir una reducción en la eficiencia de codificación. Se incluye una unidad de predicción residual que realiza una predicción con profundidades de bits de datos residuales dispuestos para ser uniformes entre los componentes cuando la predicción se realice entre los componentes para los datos residuales entre una imagen de entrada configurada por una pluralidad de componentes y una imagen prevista; y una unidad de codificación que codifica datos residuales previstos y generados a través de la predicción realizada por la unidad de predicción residual.
