Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método de producción de un sistema de pintura multicapa en un sustrato metálico, en el que una capa de base o una pluralidad de capas de base directamente sucesivas se producen directamente en un sustrato metálico recubierto con una electrocapa curada, donde una capa transparente se produce directamente en la una capa de base o la más superior de la pluralidad de capas de base y a continuación la una o más capas de base y la capa transparente se curan conjuntamente y en donde al menos un material de capa de base utilizado para la producción de las capas de base comprende al menos un producto de reacción hidroxi funcional lineal (R) que tiene un índice de acidez inferior a 20 mg KOH/g, cuya preparación involucra el uso de al menos un compuesto (v) que contiene dos grupos funcionales (v.1) y un radical de hidrocarbilo alifático o aralifático (v.2) que está dispuesto entre los grupos funcionales y que tiene entre 12 y 70 átomos de carbono.
