Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un sistema de pintura multicapa sobre un sustrato metálico, en donde una capa de base o una pluralidad de capas de base directamente sucesivas se producen directamente sobre un sustrato metálico recubierto con una electrocapa curada, una capa transparente se produce directamente sobre una capa de base o la de más arriba de la pluralidad de capas de base y luego una o varias capas de base y la capa transparente se curan en conjunto y en donde al menos un material de capa de base usado para la producción de las capas de base comprende al menos una dispersión acuosa que comprende al menos un copolímero (CP), donde dicho copolímero (CP) es preparable por carga inicial de una dispersión acuosa de al menos un poliuretano y luego polimerización de una mezcla de monómeros olefínicamente insaturados en presencia del poliuretano de (i), en donde se usa un iniciador soluble en agua, los monómeros olefínicamente insaturados se miden de modo tal que una concentración del 6,0% en peso, en base a la cantidad total de monómeros olefínicamente insaturados usados para polimerización, en la solución de reacción no exceda todo el tiempo de reacción y la mezcla de los monómeros olefínicamente insaturados comprende al menos un monómero poliolefínicamente insaturado y comprende al menos un producto de reacción hidroxi-funcional lineal (R) que tiene un índice de acidez inferior a 20 mg de KOH/g, cuya preparación implica el uso de al menos un compuesto (v) que contiene dos grupos funcionales (v.1) y un radical hidrocarbilo alifático o aralifático (v.2) que se dispone entre los grupos funcionales y tiene 12 a 70 átomos de carbono.
