Abstract
Una formulación farmacéutica, que comprende un producto de fosfatidilcolina (PC) de fórmula (I), (Ver Fórmula) donde R1 es el residuo de un ácido graso saturado o no saturado con 12 a 24 átomos de carbono, y R2 es el residuo de un ácido graso saturado o no saturado con 12 a 24 átomos de carbono, y donde el producto de fosfatidilcolina (PC) contiene las siguientes cantidades de ácidos grasos: 55 - 72 ácido linoleico 10 - 18 ácido palmítico 07 - 15 ácido oleico 02 - 08 ácido linolénico 02 - 08 ácido esteárico y al menos un excipiente para liberación retardada puede ser usado para el tratamiento mejorado de colitis ulcerosa.
