Abstract
Se refiere a una formulacion farmaceutica, que comprende un producto de fosfatidilcolina (PC) de formula (I), donde R¹ es el residuo de un acido graso saturado o no saturado con 12 a 24 atomos de carbono, y R² es el residuo de un acido graso saturado o no saturado con 12 a 24 atomos de carbono, y donde el producto de fosfatidilcolina (PC) contiene las siguientes cantidades de acidos grasos: 55 - 72 acido linoleico, 10 - 18 acido palmitico, 07 - 15 acido oleico, 02 - 08 acido linolenico, 02 - 08 acido estearico; y al menos un excipiente para liberacion retardada puede ser usado para el tratamiento mejorado de colitis ulcerosa
