Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una mezcla que contiene hasta dos ácidos grasos seleccionados de entre el ácido palmítico, el ácido oleico, el ácido esteárico, el ácido linoleico, el ácido alfa-linolénico, el ácido gamma-linolénico, el ácido eicosapentaenoico, el ácido docosahexaenoico, el ácido azelaico y el ácido mirístico y la palmitoiletanolamida. En una forma de realización de la presente invención, dicha mezcla se caracteriza porque al menos uno de dichos hasta dos ácidos grasos está saturado. La presente invención también hace referencia al uso de la mezcla antes mencionada en el tratamiento de patologías inflamatorias y alérgicas.
