Abstract
Un proceso para la producción de succinato de dialquilo a partir de materia prima de ácido bio-succínico, que comprende los siguientes pasos: alimentar ácido bio-succínico a un punto en -o cerca de- el fondo de una zona de la columna de destilación de la reacción que funciona a temperaturas y presiones que permiten la esterificación del ácido succínico; y pasar dicha corriente en equicorriente con el alcanol en flujo ascendente, de modo tal que se produce dicha reacción de esterificación; eliminar una corriente de vapor de sobreflujo de -o cerca de- la parte superior de la zona de la columna de destilación de la reacción que comprende di-éster, alcanol, agua de esterificación y componentes orgánicos; y pasar dicha corriente a una columna de separación del alcanol donde el alcanol se separa del agua y de los componentes orgánicos; eliminar un drenaje lateral de la columna de separación del alcanol desde un punto por debajo del punto de alimentación hasta allí; dicho drenaje lateral comprende fases orgánica y acuosa parcialmente inmiscibles; pasar dicho drenaje lateral al aparato de separación de fases donde se separan las fases orgánica y acuosa parcialmente inmiscibles; pasar dicha fase orgánica a una columna donde se separa el succinato de dialquilo se separa del agua residual y de otros componentes orgánicos; y recuperar el succinato de dialquilo.
