Abstract
Un método que utiliza un gas de combustión industrial para la eliminación de iones metálicos a partir de las cáscaras de arroz. Un aparato de dispersión de gas utilizado para descargar el gas de combustión industrial que está dispuesto en la parte inferior de un tanque de reacción lleno de agua. Las cáscaras de arroz se embolsan y se arrojan al tanque de reacción lleno de agua. Las cáscaras de arroz en bolsas se presionan en agua. Entonces, el gas de combustión industrial se inyecta en el tanque mediante el aparato de dispersión de gas. La presión del agua en el tanque de reacción lleno de agua se utiliza para aumentar la solubilidad en agua del dióxido de carbono en el gas de combustión industrial. La solución de carbonato producida reacciona con los iones metálicos en la cáscara de arroz para producir un precipitado. Cuando la reacción esta completa, las cáscaras de arroz se enjuagan después se aclaran y se presionan con agua salada para eliminar los iones metálicos que están unidos a las cáscaras de arroz. El método introduce en el agua el gas de combustión industrial para disolver el dióxido de carbono contenido en el mismo agua para producir ácido carbónico, y utilizar el ácido carbónico para reaccionar con las cáscaras de arroz sumergidas en el agua, logrando así el objetivo de eliminar los iones metálicos de las cáscaras de arroz. El método tiene las características de la economía circular de poca contaminación, bajo consumo de energía y alta eficiencia.
