Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la remoción catalítica de dióxido de carbono y NOx a partir de los gases residuales en un reactor relleno con un catalizador de carbono activo; el procedimiento comprende las etapas siguientes: a. saturación del catalizador con agua; b. saturación o saturación parcial de los gases residuales con agua; c. introducción de los gases residuales en el reactor; d. conversión catalítica de NOx en NO2- y en paralelo con ello la conversión catalítica en el mismo catalizador de CO2 en carbono y O2; e. lavado del catalizador de carbón activo con agua y extracción del carbono en forma sólida así como de NO2- disuelto en agua o en la base.
