Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la extracción de productos bioquímicos obtenidos a partir de un proceso de carbonización hidrotermal de biomasa que comprende alimentar una mezcla acuosa de biomasa desde un tubo de precalentamiento de la mezcla acuosa de biomasa a un reactor vertical con un nivel de flotación definido y una zona de acumulación de vapores y gases en su parte superior, donde dicho procedimiento de extracción de productos bioquímicos se caracteriza por que comprende: (a) calentar hasta o por encima de la temperatura de evaporación de la mezcla acuosa de biomasa en el mismo reactor vertical y/o en una etapa anterior de precalentamiento de la mezcla acuosa de biomasa, incrementando la generación de vapores y/o gases en el nivel de flotación definido del reactor vertical; (b) extraer los vapores y/o gases generados en la etapa anterior y acumulados en la parte superior del reactor vertical; y (c) enfriar los gases y/o condensar los vapores extraídos en la etapa anterior a diferentes niveles de temperatura y presión. Así mismo es objeto de la invención el producto bioquímico obtenible a partir de dicho procedimiento, así como el sistema para llevarlo a cabo.
