Abstract

Proceso para la desacidificación de grasas y aceites, para obtener micronutrientes, para obtener un producto de ácido graso, y la recuperación de aceites refinados, que comprende: hacer ingresar una corriente de alimentación de aceite tratado previamente (1) a una sección de extracción bajo vacío de vapor, extrayendo las fases volátiles. Hacer ingresar las fases volátiles extraídas a una etapa de condensación que proporciona una fase de condensado (A) y una fase de vapor (E). Enviar la fase de condensado (A) a una operación de destilación por vacío y enviar la fase de vapor (E) a una etapa de condensación en frío. Someter la fase de condensado (A) a una operación de destilación por vacío, para obtener un destilado de alta temperatura (6) y una corriente de compuestos volátiles (C). Hacer ingresar la fase de vapor (E) a partir de la etapa de condensación de alta temperatura junto con la corriente de compuestos volátiles (C) a partir de la operación de destilación por vacío a la etapa de condensación en frío para obtener una corriente de gases no condensables y un destilado de baja temperatura (5), permitiendo que la corriente (4) de los gases no condensables continúe hasta un sistema de vacío, y recuperar de la sección de extracción bajo vacío de vapor una corriente de aceite refinado (7).
