Abstract

La invención se refiere a una fitasa sintética con alto grado de termoestabilidad, alto grado de estabilidad frente a ácidos con pH 2, alto grado de estabilidad frente a la pepsina y con un intervalo ampliado de pH activo, y a una secuencia aislada de ácido nucleico que codifica una fitasa sintética y al uso de la fitasa en alimentos para animales con el fin de reducir el contenido de fosfato en el abono natural líquido, y a los aditivos para alimentos para animales y alimentos para animales que contienen la fitasa sintética.
