Abstract
Se describe un método para preparar harina de avena de grano entero altamente dispersable al hidrolizar, moler, y aglomerar la harina de grano para llegar a una harina de avena de grano entero teniendo un contenido incrementado de avenantramida comparado con la harina de avena nativa. La presente invención se refiere generalmente a un método para preparar una harina de grano entero altamente dispersable, de otra manera denominada como harina de grano entero "soluble". Más específicamente, la presente invención se refiere a métodos para hacer harina de avena altamente dispersable con un contenido incrementado de avenantramida.
