Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una preparación de enzimas obtenible a partir de una fermentación de koji, en donde a fermentación de koji comprende hongos fermentados con Aspergillus. La presente invención se refiere además a una preparación de enzimas obtenible a partir de la fermentación de una mezcla de hongos y cereal con Aspergillus, a un proceso para producir la preparación de enzimas y al uso de la preparación.
