Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición alimenticia recubierta que comprende un producto alimenticio y a un recubrimiento, en donde el recubrimiento comprende una mezcla de eritritol y al menos un agente de carga, en donde el eritritol comprende entre 20 % hasta 90 % en peso del recubrimiento, y en donde el agente de carga comprende entre 10 % hasta 80 % en peso del recubrimiento, y un método para preparar tal composición alimenticia recubierta.
