Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a tarta suave estable en anaqueles, tal como un pastelillo tipo brownie, comprendiendo capas exteriores de masa horneada en contacto directo con un núcleo interior el cual se asemeja al corazón de masa no horneado de la tarta suave. La invención además se refiere a un proceso para producir la tarta suave, en donde las capas de masa y de relleno se depositan una sobre otra previo a hornear.
